The Role
They seek a Senior Planful Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will lead client engagements, implementing and optimizing Planful solutions to enhance their financial planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities. This is a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Planful, including discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their FP&A needs and translate them into efficient Planful configurations.
- Develop and optimize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting models within Planful.
- Provide expert guidance and training to clients on best practices and system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Stay updated on Planful’s latest features and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for additional client value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong focus on technology solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing or managing Planful (formerly Host Analytics).
- Deep understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple client engagements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
